What do I actually get when I subscribe?
Three things. The full curriculum for every course: each module and each lesson, laid out in order, so you can see the whole path before you start. A coach for each course: an AI agent that has that entire curriculum in front of it plus the business context and goals you enter when you sign up. And progress tracking: mark each lesson done and watch the completion bar move. You work through the material in conversation with the coach, applied to your own business — across all 14 curricula, not one at a time.
Are there video lessons?
No. There are no videos, no recorded lectures, and no written lesson pages to read. The coaching conversation is the course — you bring a lesson from the curriculum, and your coach works through it with you against your actual situation. We think that beats watching somebody else build something. But if what you want is a video library, this is not it, and you should know that before you pay.
Do I need coding experience?
No. The Business track (ChatGPT for Business, AI Marketing Playbook, AI Automation 101) requires zero coding. The Development track starts from fundamentals and builds up. Every course page lists its prerequisites and difficulty level before you subscribe.
Do I get a certificate?
No. We do not issue completion certificates, and nothing here produces a credential to put on LinkedIn or a resume. What you get is the work itself — the automations, apps, and systems you actually build. If a certificate is the point for you, another provider will serve you better.
What's included in the community?
A live chat with other Apex AI University students. It is open to every signed-in account, including free ones, and everyone can both read and post. There are no paid-only rooms, no per-course rooms, and no read-only tier — it is one shared space.
How long do I have access?

How much time do I need per week?
However much you want — there's no cohort, no schedule, and no deadline. Each course page shows its module and lesson count up front: the free AI Kickstart is 8 lessons, and the largest, AI Agents from Scratch, is 76. Because you move through the curriculum in conversation rather than on a playback bar, a lesson can be a ten-minute exchange or an afternoon of building, and your progress is saved between sessions.
How are you different from free YouTube content?
Free content explains isolated concepts to a general audience. Here the curriculum is sequenced deliberately from first principles to a finished build, and the coach applies each step to your industry, your constraints, and your goals. It asks how you'd approach something before it answers, and it remembers what you tried last session. You end up with the thing you built, not a folder of notes.
What makes the AI coach different from just using ChatGPT?
Your coach is handed the complete curriculum for the course you're in — every module, every lesson — along with the business, goals, and constraints you entered, and a running summary of your previous sessions. So it knows both the material and what you've already tried. It's also set up to coach rather than answer: it asks how you'd apply something before giving you the solution, and it closes every reply with one concrete next step.
Can I just buy one course?
No. Courses are not sold individually — one subscription opens all 14 curricula and gives each one its own coach, including any course added while you are subscribed. If you only want one narrow topic, subscribe for the month it takes you and cancel; that is a legitimate way to use it and we are not going to make it hard.
AI changes so fast — won't this be outdated?
The curriculum targets patterns that carry across tools rather than click-by-click tours of a UI that will be redrawn next quarter. Your coach also isn't a recording — it's a current model responding live, so its guidance isn't frozen to the day a lesson was written. We don't publish a fixed update schedule; when a course does change, every subscriber gets the change automatically.
Are these just repackaged ChatGPT documentation?
